Leila and Helen shared a common vision of a world where all women and girls have equal opportunities to succeed and thrive. They started EHN as a breakfast meeting to provide women and girls with a safe space, education, resources, and support they need to reach their full potential. They believe that empowering women is the key to creating a world where all women and girls have equal opportunities to succeed and thrive. The organization quickly gained popularity and expanded to offer workshops, programs, and networking events. Today, EHN has impacted the lives of women and girls around the world, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals. At EHN, we believe in providing women and girls with the tools they need to overcome barriers and achieve success. Through their work with EHN, Leila and Helen have made a significant impact in their community through education and training touching all spheres of life. They built a community of hundreds of empowered women within the first few years and are well on their way to establishing mentorship programs where successful women can mentor and support young girls in their career and life aspirations, as well as advocating for policies that support women's rights and gender equality at the local and national level. EHN has become a beacon of hope for women and girls, and Leila and Helen continue to lead the organization with passion and dedication.
