Leila Kigha is a communication and brand specialist with more than 15 years of experience in broadcast, digital, corporate, and brand communication. Her expertise spans various industries, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of effective communication strategies and brand management.

Leila is one of the few purpose-driven Cameroonians who are passionate and committed to building brands that empower, boost confidence and champion the achievement of the core goals of women.

Leila is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment, especially when it comes to self-love and body confidence. She is coordinator of Shine A Light Africa and Founder of Empower Her Network Africa.

She is Married and Mother to Anne-Kharah Christie.

ABOUT HELEN

Helen Arrey, Co-Founder of the Empower_Her Network and mother to a bubbly girl is a women's rights advocate with a passion for Female Empowerment.

Helen uses her voice to push for the wellbeing of women in every sphere of life. She is an Afro-Optimist who believes in and advocates for female economic empowerment, personal Finance Literacy and Visionary Leadership.

Helen is currently the Head of Business Planning and Economics at Addax Petroleum Cameroon Company. She is a seasoned Finance Professional who is equally passionate about Corporate Finance, Business Strategy and Energy Economics. Throughout her career she has handled diverse roles in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Strategy & Performance, Portfolio Investment Management, Business Economics, Cost Management and Energy Contract Negotiations.

Helen loves music! She enjoys singing, reading, quality time with loved ones and planning events.
